| Expanded Metal Our range of rotary machinery produces full width expanded diamond mesh at high speed from narrow coils of light gauge steel. This method lends itself to the continuous production of Brickwork Reinforcement and Expanded Metal Lath used in the building trade. Ancillary equipment such as de-coiling, leveling, shearing, slitting, and re-coiling is generally incorporated to result in an automatic production line. For Mesh products incorporating Non Expanded areas i.e. plaster bead and render stop, our reciprocating machinery allows for continuous production when linked with rollforming in an automatic production line. |
