Pittsburgh Machine

20s Gauge

 
The 20's Pittsburgh rolls are fitted as standard to one side of the 5 stage machine with the option to fit 1 of 3 cnc machined roll sets to the outboard extension shafts.  This Pittsburgh tooling has a pocket size of 8.5mm and uses 22mm to form the seam in  material gauges from 0.5 to 1.0mm.
 
A flanging attachment can also be added to the top of the machine giving the ability to form a 10mm flange on internal and external curved edges.  see final option below.
