Rafted/cassette/cartridge rollforming machines are ideal where production lines demand rapid tooling change. Rollforming machines with interchangeable tooling heads or cartridges provide maximum production flexibility with minimum down time.  Our system incorporates a quick release drive gear to prevent gear collision when swapping heads.  When combined with automated control for punching and cut to length a much larger saving can be made as the control is only purchased once.
